James and Molly were both born in the DFW area, met at Abilene Christian University, got hitched, spent two years as missionaries in Ireland, and now live back in DFW! They have 2 sons, Callum and Nolan, who are wild and joyful in all the best ways. They adopted their daughter June recently and absolutely adore having her in their family.
Molly is working in her dream job as a Child Life Specialist at Scottish Rite Hospital, helping kids and families thrive everyday in the hospital setting. Her passion is, wherever she lives, to create community, discover adventure, and bring heaven to earth.
James is a marriage and family therapist and runs his own practice called James Bass Counseling in Plano and the Grapevine/Southlake area. He is passionate about helping individuals, couples, families, and pastors heal their wounds and find a greater capacity for meaning in their life.
